At Tweaks, we believe that movement doesn’t have to mean marathons. It can start with a stretch, a stroll, or a sway to your favourite song. The Tweaks Garden is where we grow the habit of moving more - gently, joyfully, and in ways that fit your life, your energy, and your body. Whether you're managing pain, dealing with fatigue, or just struggling to find the time, there's always a small step you can take.

 

Why Move More?

Moving your body regularly – in whatever way works for you - can lift your mood, ease stiff joints, support heart health, boost energy, and even improve sleep. But we know that for many people, especially those living with chronic illness or low motivation, traditional advice around exercise can feel unrealistic or guilt-inducing. That’s not what we’re about.

 

A Different Kind of Movement

Here in the garden, we don’t chase perfection. We invite it to take a seat and watch us wiggle, potter, stretch, and shuffle. Maybe you’ll join us for a walk among the trees, dance in the kitchen, or try a gentle five-minute routine that helps you feel just a little more alive. Every body is welcome here - and every tiny tweak counts.
